Classover partners with YuGuang AI for AI-driven education content

Classover Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: KIDZ) announced a strategic collaboration with YuGuang AI to develop AI-driven curriculum solutions and intelligent educational content.

The partnership will focus on applying artificial intelligence to educational content creation, instructional design, and video-based learning experiences. The companies plan to leverage AI technologies to enhance course design, production and delivery across academic and professional learning scenarios.

YuGuang AI specializes in artificial intelligence generated content technologies, including AI-assisted video generation and intelligent content workflows. The company has established collaborations with more than 200 universities and institutions in higher education and adult learning environments.

The collaboration aims to combine Classover's experience in global online education delivery and curriculum development with YuGuang AI's capabilities in AI-enabled content production. The companies plan to explore AI-powered approaches to curriculum development, apply AIGC technologies to support course delivery, and collaborate on developing AI-enabled educational courses.

The collaboration is described as an initial step toward deeper cooperation between the companies in AI-enabled education. The agreement is non-binding and does not create legally binding obligations on either party.
