Citius Oncology, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTOR), a majority-owned subsidiary of Citius Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTXR), has added 21 commercial field-based professionals and eight medical science liaisons to support the U.S. launch of LYMPHIR (denileukin diftitox-cxdl), according to a press release issued July 21, 2026. All personnel are expected to be fully deployed nationwide by August 2026.
The expansion was funded through a May 2026 financing and carried out by EVERSANA, Citius Oncology's exclusive commercialization partner. EVERSANA also provides the company with medical information, pharmacovigilance, revenue cycle management, data and analytics, and patient assistance services.
The company reports growing numbers of treatment accounts placing orders for LYMPHIR across academic and community settings, and states it has secured near 100% payer coverage. Citius Oncology also deployed an artificial intelligence-driven platform intended to support account targeting and resource allocation across its commercial organization.
"We are encouraged with the continued progress of the LYMPHIR launch," said Leonard Mazur, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "We continue to see a growing number of treatment accounts initiating orders."
LYMPHIR received FDA approval and was launched in the U.S. in December 2025. It is indicated for adults with relapsed or refractory Stage I–III cutaneous T-cell lymphoma who have received at least one prior systemic therapy. The drug carries a boxed warning for capillary leak syndrome, which occurred in 27% of patients across three clinical trials.
Citius Oncology expects continued growth in orders and patient adoption through the remainder of 2026.
