CPI Aerostructures receives $4.2 million order from Embraer

CPI Aerostructures Inc. (NYSE American: CVU) announced that Embraer S.A. (NYSE: EMBJ) has placed additional orders totaling $4.2 million for engine inlet assemblies used in the Embraer Phenom 300 business jets.
The orders are part of a previously announced Life of Program Agreement between the companies. Deliveries are scheduled to continue through mid-2026, with additional funding anticipated for the life-of-program contract.
CPI Aero has supplied engine inlets to Embraer since 2012 and has delivered more than 940 shipsets for the Phenom 300 business jet as of December 2025, according to the company's statement.
"CPI Aero has been a supplier of Engine Inlets to Embraer since 2012," stated Dorith Hakim, CPI Aero's CEO and President. "CPI is proud of Embraer's continued trust to deliver high quality subassemblies in support of this industry leading aircraft and ready to increase capacity to support this strategic customer."
Embraer delivered 72 Phenom 300 units in 2025, which the company described as the highest delivery count in 15 years for that aircraft model.
CPI Aerostructures operates as a prime contractor to the U.S. Department of Defense and serves as a Tier 1 subcontractor to aerospace and defense contractors. The company provides engineering, program management, supply chain management, assembly operations and maintenance services.
