Brookfield Infrastructure plans to redeem Series 3 preferred units

Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. (TSX: BIP.UN; NYSE: BIP) announced it will redeem all outstanding Cumulative Class A Preferred Limited Partnership Units, Series 3 on December 31, 2025.

The company will pay C$25.00 per Series 3 Preferred Unit (TSX: BIP.PR.B) in cash. Holders of record as of November 28, 2025 will receive a final quarterly distribution of C$0.34375 per unit, payable on December 31, 2025.
