Bitmine reports 5.78M ETH holdings, $11.5B total assets

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) reported holdings of 5,777,468 Ethereum tokens as of July 19, 2026, representing 4.8% of the total ETH supply of 120.7 million tokens, according to a company press release.

The company's combined crypto, cash, and other assets totaled $11.5 billion, which includes 207 Bitcoin, $385 million in cash and marketable securities, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and a $58 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS).

Bitmine said it staked 4,917,189 ETH, valued at approximately $9.2 billion at $1,879 per ETH. The company projects annualized staking revenues of $247 million, with a potential $290 million when ETH holdings are fully staked through its MAVAN (Made in America Validator Network) platform and staking partners, based on a 2.67% seven-day annualized yield.

Chairman Thomas Lee said the company repurchased approximately 5.5 million shares of common stock over the past week at an average price of $15.6156 per share, under a previously authorized $4 billion share repurchase program. The company also acquired 7,430 ETH during that period.

"Bitmine repurchased approximately 5.5 million shares of common stock in the past week at an average price of $15.6156. We view the purchase of our common shares as accretive to shareholder value," Lee stated.

Bitmine said its stock ranked 187th among 5,704 U.S.-listed stocks by five-day average daily dollar volume at $579 million, as of July 17, 2026, citing data from Fundstrat. The company's Series A Preferred Stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP. Bitmine was added to the Russell 1000 Large-cap index on June 26, 2026.
