Bit Digital appoints Amanda Cassatt to board of directors

Bit Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: BTBT) announced the appointment of Amanda Cassatt to its board of directors, effective January 1, 2026. Cassatt serves as founder and chief executive officer of Serotonin, a services company for blockchain and cryptocurrency industry institutions and startups.
Cassatt previously held the position of chief marketing officer at Consensys, described as a leading Ethereum software company that builds infrastructure, tools, and protocols for decentralized ecosystems. At Consensys, she participated in developing market narratives around Ethereum and its ecosystem.
Bit Digital operates as a digital asset platform focused on Ethereum-native treasury and staking strategies. The company began accumulating and staking ETH in 2022 and currently operates institutional Ethereum staking infrastructure. The company also holds a majority equity stake in WhiteFiber (NASDAQ: WYFI), an AI infrastructure provider.

She brings a deep understanding of digital assets, infrastructure, and how emerging technologies are communicated to institutional audiences."
The appointment comes as Bit Digital continues to execute its Ethereum and AI-focused growth strategy, according to information provided in the company's press release.
