Beyond Oil adds Dganit Kramer to advisory board
Beyond Oil Ltd. (TSX: BOIL) (OTCQB: BEOLF) appointed Dganit Kramer to its advisory board, according to a company statement. The food-tech company develops solutions to reduce health risks associated with fried food.
Kramer brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience in telecommunications and technology sectors. She previously served as Deputy CEO of Partner Communications Group and held concurrent roles as Deputy CEO of Yes, Pelephone, and Bezeq International, all part of the Bezeq Group, where she managed approximately 4,000 employees.
During her tenure with the Bezeq Group, Kramer led efficiency initiatives that generated cost savings measured in hundreds of millions of shekels. At Partner Communications Group, her leadership contributed to increased net profit and improved business performance.
Kramer joins existing advisory board members Giora Bardea, former CEO of the Strauss Group; Daniel Birnbaum, former CEO of SodaStream; and Arie Halperin.
"Beyond Oil is at a pivotal stage, moving from innovation into global commercial execution," Kramer said in the statement. "I am pleased to join the Advisory Board and contribute my experience in operational execution, account management, and organizational discipline."
Jonathan Or, CEO of Beyond Oil, said Kramer's experience will help the company scale as it expands globally and builds systems to manage customer and distributor accounts.
Beyond Oil's technology has regulatory clearances from the FDA and Health Canada. The company's solution addresses the practice of reusing frying oil across multiple cycles in restaurants, hotels, catering services, and institutional facilities.
Kramer was recognized among Globes' Most Influential Women from 2022-2024 and is a graduate of the Directors Course at Reichman University.
