Beyond Minerals Inc. (CSE: BY) (OTCQB: BYDMF) reported results from its 2026 exploration program at the Owl Creek Project in British Columbia and the Ear Falls Project in Ontario, according to a company press release. The company also announced plans for a convertible debenture offering of up to $50,000.
At the Owl Creek Project, located approximately 30 minutes north of Pemberton, British Columbia, field crews collected over 70 rock samples for copper, molybdenum, silver, and gold analysis across multiple zones. More than 50 samples came from Zone C, while initial prospecting at Zones A and D yielded 14 additional samples. High-resolution drone imagery was completed to support structural and lithological mapping, and a Notice of Work was submitted for a diamond drilling permit.
Field crews identified potassic alteration and localized chalcopyrite-bornite mineralization at Zone A. CEO Allan Frame stated, "The recognition of potassic alteration with chalcopyrite-bornite mineralization at Zone A, together with the expanding footprint of altered diorite and volcanic rocks identified across the different Zones, represent a key technical success for the Project."
At the 3,250-hectare Ear Falls Project near Ear Falls, Ontario, 552 biogeochemical samples collected in July returned lithium assay results that extended the footprint of the Wenasaga North Zone and identified three additional target areas with potential for buried lithium mineralization.
The planned convertible debenture will bear interest at 10% per annum and mature one year from issuance. The holder may convert the principal and accrued interest into common shares at $0.05 per share. Proceeds are intended for general working capital. All securities issued under the offering will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period.
