BOSS Zhipin repurchases RMB17 million in shares on May 6
KANZHUN LIMITED (NASDAQ: BZ; HK: 2076), operating as BOSS Zhipin, repurchased 347,730 ordinary shares for approximately RMB17.0 million on May 6, 2026, according to a company statement.
The Beijing-based company reported it has conducted share repurchases on the first four consecutive trading days of May, totaling nearly RMB100 million. Year-to-date through 2026, BOSS Zhipin has deployed around RMB1.25 billion toward share repurchases as part of its ongoing repurchase program.
The company stated the repurchase activity reflects its commitment to delivering value to shareholders. BOSS Zhipin operates an online recruitment platform connecting job seekers with employers in China.
