AudioCodes (NASDAQ: AUDC) announced the deployment of its Voca Conversational Interaction Center system with Atento for a healthcare organization in the United States. The implementation supports more than 500 concurrent AI voice agents and replaced legacy interactive voice response systems.

The deployment was completed within 30 days, according to the company's press release statement. AudioCodes worked with Go2Uno, a business communications service provider, and Atento, which the company describes as a top-five global business process outsourcing provider.

The system modernized call flows, integrated multiple carrier systems and implemented AI-powered routing. AudioCodes deployed its session border controller infrastructure alongside the Voca CIC platform to maintain connectivity across the healthcare organization's environment.

"Go2Uno and AudioCodes accomplished in just 30 days what others projected would take three to six months," said Gustavo Samaniego, Senior IT Service and Deliveries Manager at Atento.

The solution includes analytics and performance reporting capabilities that provide real-time visibility into voice agent performance metrics. AudioCodes states the deployment improves call containment and reduces handling times.

Gidi Adlersberg, Head of the Voca CIC Business Line at AudioCodes, said the deployment demonstrates "how AI-powered Voice Agents can modernize legacy IVR with predictable, high-quality outcomes at massive scale."

AudioCodes offers a 30-day free trial of Voca CIC through its website, Microsoft Marketplace and the Teams Store. The Israel-based company provides voice connectivity and unified communications solutions to enterprise customers.
