Auddia's LT350 unit hires Fresh Consulting for AI canopy pilot

June 22, 2026 7:02 AM EDT

Auddia Inc. (NASDAQ: AUUD) announced that its subsidiary LT350 has signed a Phase 1 Statement of Work with Fresh Consulting to begin engineering and design work for a solar parking lot canopy intended to function as a distributed AI datacenter.

Under the agreement, Fresh Consulting will develop the technical architecture for LT350's modular canopy platform, covering GPU and CPU server cartridges, battery energy storage, liquid cooling, solar inverter integration, and power systems. Fresh Consulting will also evaluate partner ecosystems across GPUs, batteries, solar, and cloud infrastructure, and will deliver a roadmap for subsequent design and fabrication phases.

LT350 holds 13 issued, one allowed, and two pending patents on its canopy infrastructure platform. The engagement is intended to support LT350's stated goal of delivering a first operational pilot canopy within 18 months of a pending merger close.

"Executing this definitive agreement with Fresh is a major catalyst for LT350," said Jeff Thramann, Founder and CEO of Auddia and LT350. "We now have a world-class engineering partner engaged to architect the first canopy, validate the technical and economic model, and move us into the build phase."

LT350 is one of three businesses that would combine with Auddia to form McCarthy Finney if Auddia's announced merger with Thramann Holdings, LLC is completed. Auddia entered into that definitive merger agreement on February 17, 2026. Upon completion, the combined company would trade on Nasdaq under the ticker MCFN.

The merger remains subject to stockholder approval and other closing conditions. The information in this article is based on a press release issued by Auddia Inc.
