Array Digital Infrastructure completes wireless operations sale to T-Mobile

Array Digital Infrastructure Inc., formerly U.S. Cellular (NYSE: USM), completed the sale of its wireless operations to T-Mobile US Inc. (NYSE: TMUS) on August 1, 2025, according to a company statement.

The transaction was conducted under a Securities Purchase Agreement dated May 24, 2024, among Telephone and Data Systems Inc., Array Digital Infrastructure, T-Mobile and USCC Wireless Holdings LLC.

The company previously operated under the U.S. Cellular name before the completion of this transaction.
