Anfield Energy prices $6M public offering at $4 per share
Anfield Energy Inc. (TSX.V: AEC; NASDAQ: AEC; FRANKFURT: 0AD) has priced an underwritten public offering of 1,491,305 common shares at $4.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $6.0 million, according to a company statement dated July 30, 2026.
The offering is being led by Northland Capital Markets and Roth Capital Partners as joint bookrunners. Anfield has also granted underwriters an option to purchase up to 223,695 additional shares at the offering price, exercisable for up to 30 days following the underwriting agreement.
The company said it intends to use net proceeds to fund capital commitments to the Paradox Complex, the Velvet-Wood Project, the Slick Rock Complex, and the Shootaring Canyon Mill, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Closing is expected on or about July 31, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The offering is being made in the United States and across Canadian provinces and territories, excluding Quebec. Anfield is a uranium and vanadium development company with assets in Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico.
