AmpliTech Group reports $25M fiscal 2025 revenue, up 163%

AmpliTech Group Inc. (NASDAQ: AMPG) reported unaudited revenue of approximately $25 million for fiscal year 2025, representing a 163% increase from the previous year. The Hauppauge, New York-based company said the results exceeded analyst expectations and met its publicly issued revenue guidance.

The company reaffirmed its revenue guidance of at least $50 million for fiscal year 2026, which would represent approximately 100% year-over-year growth. AmpliTech develops and manufactures radio frequency microwave components and 5G network solutions.

During fiscal 2025, AmpliTech advanced its ORAN 5G Division from development into commercial execution. The company demonstrated performance of its ORAN 5G radio products in multi-vendor interoperability environments and participated in ORAN Alliance Plugfests.

AmpliTech confirmed that production shipments under a previously announced $100 million letter of intent began in December 2025. The company expects shipments under a $40 million letter of intent with a North American mobile network operator to resume in the first quarter of 2026.

The company said it anticipates concurrent production shipments for both letters of intent during the first quarter of 2026. AmpliTech operates five divisions serving markets including satellite communications, telecommunications, space exploration, defense, and quantum computing.

The revenue guidance is based on current backlog and active customer programs across all divisions, according to the company's statement.
