American Healthcare REIT names Jon Crosier as chief technology officer

American Healthcare REIT, Inc. (NYSE: AHR) has appointed Jon Crosier as Chief Technology Officer, the company announced in a press release.
Crosier brings more than 18 years of enterprise data and technology experience, including a decade in institutional real estate. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC), where he led a technology team of approximately 30 professionals covering data and analytics, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and infrastructure. He previously held technology leadership roles at Irvine Company from 2016 to 2024, where he oversaw a data platform spanning a portfolio of 130 million square feet.
In his new role, Crosier will oversee the development of AHR's data, analytics, and technology infrastructure, with a focus on connecting portfolio-level data with property-level operations across the company's investment, asset management, and finance functions.
Crosier holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and a graduate certificate in information technologies from New York University. He is a Certified Information Security Manager and holds the NACD CERT Certificate in Cyber-Risk Oversight.
AHR also announced that Kate Jones has joined the company as Corporate Counsel. Jones will support securities reporting, corporate governance, SEC filings, board matters, and capital markets activity. She joins from O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where she advised public companies on securities reporting, corporate governance, and transactions including registered offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Jones holds a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from LMU Loyola Law School and a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Arizona.
AHR is a real estate investment trust that owns and operates a portfolio of healthcare properties, including senior housing communities, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient medical buildings in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Isle of Man.
