Amanda Brock named co-CEO of Solaris Energy Infrastructure

Solaris Energy Infrastructure Inc. (NYSE: SEI) appointed Amanda Brock as co-chief executive officer, effective October 16, 2025, according to a company statement. Brock will serve alongside Bill Zartler, who continues as chairman and co-CEO. She has also joined the company's board of directors.



Brock previously served as CEO and president of Aris Water Solutions, a produced water infrastructure company that was acquired by Western Midstream (NYSE: WES). She joined Aris' predecessor, Solaris Water Midstream, in 2017 and led the company through its October 2021 public offering.



"Amanda has been a trusted partner for the last decade and brings a proven, complementary skill set to the office of the CEO," Zartler said in the statement.



Brock currently serves as lead independent director on the board of Coterra Energy (NYSE: CTRA) and chairs the Texas Business Hall of Fame. Her career includes roles at Vinson & Elkins law firm, Enron, and Water Standard before joining Solaris Water Midstream.



She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Natal in South Africa and a law degree from Louisiana State University. Brock was born in Mbabane, Swaziland and raised in Zimbabwe.



Solaris Energy Infrastructure provides power generation, power distribution solutions, and logistics equipment and services to data center, energy, and commercial and industrial clients.
