Alphabet files for $17.5 billion eight-part notes offering

Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOGL) filed for an eight-part notes offering totaling up to $17.5 billion, according to a company statement.
The offering includes $500 million in floating rate notes due 2028, $1 billion in 3.875% notes due 2028, $2.5 billion in 4.100% notes due 2030, $1.25 billion in 4.375% notes due 2032, $3.5 billion in 4.700% notes due 2035, $2 billion in 5.350% notes due 2045, $4 billion in 5.450% notes due 2055, and $2.75 billion in 5.700% notes due 2075.
All notes will mature on November 15 of their respective years. The floating rate notes will bear interest at a rate equal to Compounded SOFR, reset quarterly, plus 0.52% per annum, with interest payable quarterly starting February 15, 2026.
Interest on the fixed rate notes will accrue from November 6, 2025, and be payable semiannually on May 15 and November 15 of each year, beginning May 15, 2026. The company may redeem any series of the fixed rate notes in whole or in part at any time. The floating rate notes will not be redeemable prior to maturity.
