Alphabet completes $20 billion and £5.5 billion senior notes offerings

Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOGL) completed concurrent underwritten public offerings of $20 billion in U.S. dollar-denominated senior notes and £5.5 billion in Sterling-denominated senior notes on February 13, 2026.
The company issued the notes under its registration statement on Form S-3 and pursuant to an indenture dated February 12, 2016, with The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. serving as trustee.
The Sterling notes offering includes five tranches with varying maturities and interest rates. The company issued £750 million of 4.125% notes due 2029, £1.25 billion of 4.625% notes due 2032, £1.25 billion of 5.500% notes due 2041, £1.25 billion of 5.875% notes due 2058, and £1 billion of 6.125% notes due 2126.
The U.S. dollar notes offering comprises seven tranches. Alphabet issued $2.5 billion of 3.700% notes due 2029, $3 billion of 4.100% notes due 2031, $3 billion of 4.400% notes due 2033, $4.25 billion of 4.800% notes due 2036, $1.5 billion of 5.500% notes due 2046, $4 billion of 5.650% notes due 2056, and $1.75 billion of 5.750% notes due 2066.
