All-time high - Embraer finished 2Q25 with a US$29.7 billion backlog
- Commercial Aviation reported an 8-year backlog record of
US$13.1 billion and the division book-to-bill reached 1.8x over the past 12 months, - The E175 celebrated an important milestone – 1,000 units sold since its 2005 launch;
- Executive Aviation delivered 38 aircraft during the quarter, up 41% year-over-year;
- The backlog for Defense & Security reached
US$4.3 billion , 2x higher than last year; - Services & Support registered a new backlog record, up 55% year-over-year.

Embraer delivered 61 aircraft in 2Q25 across all its business units. The result reflects a 30% increase compared to the second quarter of last year (2Q24), when 47 jets were delivered, and more than twice the number of aircraft (30) recorded in the first quarter of 2025 (1Q25).

During the quarter, Embraer received a firm order from SkyWest for 60 E175 aircraft with purchase rights for 50 additional units. Meanwhile, Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) entered into an agreement to acquire 45 E195-E2 aircraft, with purchase rights for 10 additional units – the largest SAS jet order direct from a manufacturer over the past 30 years. The division book-to-bill ratio reached 1.8x over the past 12 months.
In 2Q25, the business unit delivered 19 new aircraft, exactly in line with the number of aircraft delivered in 2Q24. Consequently, in the 1H25, deliveries totaled 26 aircraft and 32% of the midpoint of the full year guidance (between 77 and 85 in 2025), 3 percentage points short of the average 35% level for the period recorded over the past 5 years.
