After-hours movers:

Strategy (NASDAQ: MSTR) rose 6% after MSCI Inc.'s announcement that it will not exclude digital asset treasury companies from its global indexes as part of the February 2026 review. BitMine Immersion Technologies also gained.

Mobileye (NASDAQ: MBLY) rose 5% after it announced entry into a definitive agreement to acquire Mentee Robotics Ltd., an AI-first humanoid robotics company with a third-generation, vertically integrated humanoid robot.

Ventyx Biosciences (NASDAQ: VTYX) rose 60% after WSJ reported that a takeover by Eli Lilly & Co. (NYSE: LLY) was imminent.

Praxis Precision Medicines (NASDAQ: PRAX) fell 2.5% after it announced a proposed public offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants.
