After-hours movers: Lockheed Martin, Canadian Solar, Revolution Medicines and more

After-hours movers:

Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) rose 7% after Trump called for a $1.5T military budget for 2027. Other defense stocks also gained, including L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX).

Canadian Solar (NASDAQ: CSIQ) fell 7% after announced a proposed private offering of $200 million in convertible senior notes due 2031.

Immuneering Corporation (NASDAQ: IMRX) fell 20% after announced positive updated overall survival (OS) and safety data from its ongoing Phase 2a trial of atebimetinib (IMM-1-104) in combination with modified gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel (mGnP) in first-line pancreatic cancer patients (N=34), with over 13 months median follow up time.

Revolution Medicines (NASDAQ: RVMD) fell 13% after AbbVie (NYSE: ABBV) dennied reports that it is in talks to buy the company.

Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ) rose 2.8% after after it reported solid quarterly results. Constellation Brands reported Q3 EPS of $3.06, $0.41 better than the analyst estimate of $2.65.

Globus Medical (NYSE: GMED) rose 9% after it updated its guidance, beating estimates.
