Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) announced its support for AIxC Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: AIXC), its majority-controlled subsidiary, to exit its digital asset treasury strategy and redirect its focus entirely toward robot-sharing and rental operations.
AIxC's robot-sharing platform, RoboShare, completed its first paid commercial order on August 15, 2026. An initial fleet of more than 80 robots has been onboarded to the platform's supply pool, sourced from Faraday Future users and AIxC's own customer base.
The first commercial deployment is expected to take place at an event in Malibu, California, and will include six robots: one FF Master humanoid robot, four Aegis Pro quadruped robots, and one Navi compact quadruped robot. The customer is Los Angeles-based rapper and content creator DU$TY, whose Instagram account has more than 7.1 million followers.
RoboShare has launched what it calls a "Ten-City Strategy," beginning in Los Angeles, with plans to develop a replicable operating model for expansion to additional cities.
Faraday Future said it intends to provide AIxC with strategic, product, technology, and capital support through its robotics ecosystem. As AIxC's majority shareholder, Faraday Future said it aims to support AIxC in improving its operating fundamentals.
"We support AIxC in further sharpening its focus on Physical AI and commercial robotics operations," said YT Jia, Founder and Global CEO of Faraday Future. "Our shared goal is to transform robots from products sold through one-time hardware transactions into productive assets capable of continuously creating value."
