ADTRAN secures new JPMorgan-led senior credit facility

ADTRAN Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADTN) has entered into a new senior secured credit facility led by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, according to a company press release.



The facility refinances the company's existing credit arrangements and is described as lowering borrowing costs, extending debt maturities, and improving covenant flexibility. The syndicate includes a group of global financial institutions, though specific lenders beyond JPMorgan were not named.



Tom Stanton, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ADTRAN Holdings, commented: "This refinancing represents an important step for ADTRAN and meaningfully strengthens our financial foundation. The new facility enhances liquidity, lowers borrowing costs, extends our maturity profile, and improves our financial flexibility."
