UBS initiated coverage on Expeditors Int'l (NASDAQ: EXPD) with a Neutral rating and a price target of $52.00, citing a limited runway left for a strong run.
Analyst Thomas Wadewitz commented, "EXPD has been hitting on all cylinders over the past several quarters including strong airfreight tons, air yield expansion, solid growth in ocean container volumes and significant operating margin expansion. We believe that EXPD may sustain strong air and ocean yields and operating margin but the pace of volume growth and yield / margin expansion appear likely to slow. We do not see a particular catalyst for downside but it is also hard to see what drives further outperformance in EXPD stock after already leading the transports through 2015. We initiate with a Neutral rating."
