UPDATE: KeyBanc Starts Coursera Inc (COUR) at Overweight

KeyBanc analyst Jason Celino initiates coverage on Coursera Inc (NYSE: COUR) with a Overweight rating and a price target of $54.00.

The analyst comments "We are initiating COUR at Overweight, and view the Company as a core growth idea to own. We find Coursera's content synergies and cost leadership, sizable international footprint, and growth opportunities in its Degrees business to be most compelling. Given the Company's leadership position, and ample growth opportunities, we believe a premium valuation is warranted and establish a $54 price target based on 18x 2022 EV/sales."
