UBS analyst Christopher Schoell reiterated a Buy rating and $300.00 price target on Take-Two Interactive (NASDAQ: TTWO).
The analyst commented, "F1Q results were stronger (bookings ahead and Adj. OI higher ex impairment charge) while management's commentary pointed to inflection and sustainability, supporting our bullish view. Management indicated the level of preorders for GTA VI is "unprecedented and astonishing" but did not update guidance (early in pre-order window; pre-sales can be canceled). We continue to believe guidance will prove conservative and expect more significant updates closer to GTA VI launch. Along with ongoing content drops, new platform launches and a pipeline of immersive core titles, we expect a new baseline for bookings, profits and FCF. Our estimates are largely unchanged and we now look for $8.5B/$9.2B of bookings in F27/F28, up from $6.7B in F26, while Adj. EPS scales to $6.51 in F27 and $11.12 in F28 (vs. $6.53/$11.25 prior; $4.09 in F26)."
