UBS analyst Karl Keirstead reiterated a Buy rating and $250.00 price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).
The analyst commented, "This morning Oracle announced the appointment of Hilary Maxson – the current CFO of Schneider Electric ($45 billion in revs, 160k+ employees) - as the new CFO, succeeding Doug Kehring, who was in the seat for just seven months or so. Oracle is positioning this change as being a planned transition and in general, we view this change as being favorable. We remain Buy-rated on Oracle shares."
