UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Brinker Int'l (NYSE: EAT), lowers price target from $30 to $26.
UBS analyst says, "Less Room for Error in Calendar 2H11 - With significantly higher food costs hurting margins in the first half of 2011, both packaged food
companies and restaurants will need near-flawless execution in the second half to meet street expectations. We are therefore lowering our FY12 EPS estimates and price target to $1.80 and $26 from $1.85 and $30 respectively to reflect the increased risk associated with Brinker’s near-term outlook."
