Baird analyst Colin Sebastian reiterated a Neutral rating and $55 price target on Twitter, Inc. (NYSE: TWTR) following strong Q4 results.
Sebastian commented, "Solid results reflect improving monetization, unexpected holiday bump. Twitter reported a strong 4Q revenue/margin beat, despite weaker growth in active users, driven by higher ad loads and ad pricing. Importantly, management indicated that user growth trends are accelerating into Q1, and highlighted new initiatives geared towards improving the user experience. As such, we continue to have a long-term positive bias, and are encouraged by what appears to be better execution."
The firm raised FY 2015 EPS from $0.19 to $0.38.
