Truist Securities on Reddit (RDDT): 'We remain constructive'

Truist Securities analyst Youssef Squali reiterated a Buy rating and $275.00 price target on Reddit (NYSE: RDDT).

The analyst comments "We remain constructive on RDDT into 3Q earnings slated for 10/29, which we expect to be solid with ~50% Y/Y revenue growth and ~45% AEBITDA margin, and which are virtually in line with Street expectations. In this note, in addition to providing a preview for 3Q results, 4Q & FY26 expectations, we highlight the key areas of concerns we've been hearing from investors namely 1) the pace of user growth & engagement amid ongoing Google algo changes, and the potential for AI disintermediation, 2) sustainability of monetization improvements, and 3) data licensing renewals/potential new wins. Reddit is one of the fastest growing ad platforms and one of the most profitable."
