Analysts think now is a good time to buy gaming stocks with exposure to Macau.
A recent report by Nomura Securities notes the attractive valuation of stocks in this sector, which have seen a 20 percent correction.
The long-term fundamentals in this sector remain intact, and gambling revenue should resume double digit growth in June, according to the report.
Analysts at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley agree. In recent reports, analysts at both firms they said that stocks in this sector are set to post strong revenue growth.
Market Vector Gaming ETF (NYSE: BJK) owns stocks with direct exposure to Macau casinos. The top holdings in the ETF are Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS), Wynn Resorts (Nasdaq: WYNN), Sands China, Genting BHD, and Galaxy Entertainment.
