BofA Securities analyst Ronald Epstein raised the price target on Textron (NYSE: TXT) to $100.00 (from $95.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.

The analyst comments "Textron (TXT) reacted positively following its 3Q26 print (up 11.7% vs. S&P 500 down 0.3%) on a large EPS beat, a guide raise and stronger cash. Adj. EPS of $1.76 (up 14% y/y) beat BofAe: $1.48 and BBG: $1.43, while revenue of $3,751mn (up 4% y/y) was slightly below BofAe and BBG: $3,768mn. Free cash flow of $410mn was well above BofAe: $210mn and BBG: $321mn. Quality was mixed: by our math, ~$0.11 of the $0.28 beat vs. BofAe came from a lower tax rate (16.1% vs. BofAe: 21.5%) and ~$0.04 from a one-time lease-exit benefit at Systems. Still, Aviation jet deliveries recovered, Systems continues to grow double digits, and the MV-75 funding overhang has eased. We reiterate our Neutral rating and raise our PO to $100 (vs. prior $95)."
