Susquehanna Starts Zillow (Z) at Neutral

Susquehanna initiates coverage on Zillow (NASDAQ: Z) with a Neutral rating and a price target of $75.00.

Analyst Shyam Patil commented, "While we are constructive on the company’s long-term ability to capture a growing portion of agent marketing spend, we believe the rest of 2015 could be choppy as the Trulia integration intensifies. That said, we think 2016 could be a significant year for synergy realization. We initiate with a Neutral rating and a price target of $75."
