Stifel analyst Stephen Gengaro reiterated a Buy rating and $11.00 price target on Target Hospitality (NASDAQ: TH).
The analyst commented, "We hosted TH's CEO Brad Archer, CFO Jason Vlacich, and Senior VP IR & Financial Planning Mark Schuck. While there is clearly opportunity to redeploy idle assets for the Government, it appears the majority of idle rooms (and possibly new assets over time) will likely be deployed to support data centers. We highlighted this opportunity in our recent upgrade note titled Back Door Data Center Play: Upgrading to Buy with $11 Target Price. We believe the key catalysts for the shares over the next few quarters will be new contracts from both the Government and Data Center Customers. We also highlight that our 2026 adjusted EBITDA forecast of $95 million is well above the consensus of $62 million, underpinned by our belief that 80-85% of the idle beds in Pecos will be contracted."
