Stifel Reiterates Buy Rating on Compass Therapeutics (CMPX)

Stifel analyst Stephen Willey reiterated a Buy rating and $12.00 price target on Compass Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CMPX).

The analyst comments "Management’s corporate update and overview of FY26 strategic/operational objectives is largely in-line with expectations. The event-driven secondary endpoint data from COMPANION-002 (likely determining the regulatory fate of tovecimig in 2L BTC) remains on track for a late-1Q26 disclosure and we continue to believe implied risk/reward here remains upwards-biased and believe the upcoming ASCO-GI presentation of COMPANION-003 data (monotherapy tovecimig in 3L+ mCRC) should help further inform safety/tolerability (particularly with respect to tovecimig-mediated AESIs in a bevacizumab-experienced population). We believe CTX-8371 remains an incredibly interesting and underappreciated pipeline asset ahead of the 1H26 presentation of dose-escalation and preliminary dose-expansion data – with incremental commentary improving visibility into depth/durability of responses seen to date and suggesting an accelerated approval pathway may be available in refractory/PD-1-experienced Hodgkin Lymphoma (cHL) patients. The 2H26 disclosure of preliminary CTX-10726 dose-escalation data should also provide a preliminary glimpse into potential differentiation within a competitive/strategically-active PD-(L)1xVEGF-A development landscape."
