Stephens analyst Todd Weller raised the price target on SailPoint (NASDAQ: SAIL) to $26.00 (from $22.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.
The analyst commented: "At Navigate 2026, SailPoint demonstrated execution against its strategy of evolving into a real-time identity security platform spanning humans, NHIs, and AI agents. Key themes included the need for common controls across identity types and increasing automation and real-time security. Innovation announcements aligned with these themes, with a heavy focus on expanded runtime capabilities spanning real-time authorization, just-in-time access, prompt security, behavioral monitoring, and automated threat response. Demand commentary continues to point to strong early interest in agentic identity, with record evaluations and POCs. We view agentic identity as an emerging opportunity that should build over time. We continue to view identity security as a key AI beneficiary and believe SailPoint is well positioned to deliver strong growth through AI-driven identity modernization complemented by increasing demand for agentic identity solutions. Reiterate Overweight and Best Idea. Increasing our target to $26 (from $22) based on ~9.5x FY28 EV/revenue."
