Roth Capital reiterated a Buy rating and $64.00 price target on Plantronics (NYSE: PLT) following an investor day.
Analyst Dave King commented, "We are encouraged by the many ways in which Plantronics is seemingly paving the way to continued market leadership, especially as UC further gains traction. The near-term outlook should benefit from reaccelerating UC growth, offset somewhat by forex pressures and the ongoing retail transition to stereo Bluetooth. Our Buy reflects PLT’s leading market share, strong cash flow generation, and the significant longer-term growth opportunity in Unified Communications. Meanwhile, ROE is improving substantially due to significant debt-funded buyback activity."
