Goldman Sachs reiterated its Buy rating and $67 price target on Potash Corp. (NYSE: POT) saying price increases will drive healthy EPS momentum.

The firm notes POT is their top pick in fertilizer, with both cyclical exposure to higher crop prices, as well as structural tailwinds from an ultra consolidated and very tight supply backdrop.

While valuation looks full, Goldman said POT can sustain a premium multiple due to healthy growth momentum and attractive 60% gross margins for the foreseeable future.
