Piper Sandler analyst James Callahan reiterated an Overweight rating and $55.00 price target on Unity Software (NYSE: U).
The analyst commented: "3Q26 Preview: Remain Buyers; We remain buyers of Unity into the 3Q26 print. PSC mobile gaming data suggests continued momentum, and we continue to see a path for higher estimate revisions. We think lawsuit news (and denial of TRO) are both positive for Unity, while checks on Ad Quality SDK are quite positive. While broader macro issues (like higher cost of supply) could be a headwind for Unity, we think (1) U model improvements are partially contributing to this dynamic and (2) their placement on the conversion rate (~65bps by our math) is early enough to grow through. Reit OW, $55 PT."
