Cantor Fitzgerald analyst, Youssef Squali, reiterated his Overweight rating on shares of PayPal (NASDAQ: PYPL) and believes that strong growth trends in mobile commerce during 4Q (from Adobe, comScore) provide a positive read-through for PayPal. The analyst also estimates the hit from F/X in 4Q to be relatively modest.
Growth in active users, rising engagement, greater penetration of merchants, growing in-app usage
and adoption of OneTouch should continue to drive TPV growth in excess of overall e-commerce.
No change to the price target of $48.
