Overstock.com (OSTK) Film Tokenization Is Encouraging - DA Davison

DA Davidson analyst Tom Forte reiterated a Buy rating and $48.00 price target on Overstock.com (NASDAQ: OSTK) after tZERO announced an effort to tokenize film financing with BLOQ FLIX.

The analyst stated "We are encouraged by the announcement and tZERO's efforts to create tokens for not only stocks but also non-traditional financial investment vehicles (in this instance, film financing). BLOQ FLIX is an entertainment advisory firm that offers financing to fund the production of feature films, TV programs, and other digital content. It has raised money for 30 entertainment projects, to date". "We see film financing as a natural for tokenization and also see the potential for actors and actresses to, one day, tokenize their future earnings".
