Oppenheimer analyst Brian Schwartz reiterated an Outperform rating and $275.00 price target on salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM).
The analyst commented: "We reiterate our Outperform rating following Salesforce’s investor day. Positively, management reiterated guidance of $63B in FY30 revenue which implies an 11% CAGR, and a 39% or better operating margin. This guidance projects reaccelerating organic growth alongside margin growth. The AI innovation is another positive with new agentic product announcements such as AIforce, higher tier pricing, and increasing referenceability supporting our view that AI increases the strategic value of the installed-base rather than disintermediating it. Also, Claudeforce and Headless allow Salesforce to monetize its infrastructure while users work in other interfaces. On balance, the event was uninspiring, in our view. Nevertheless, we left the investor day with increased confidence in the innovation, AI monetization trends, and the financials' guidance, all lending support to higher multiples."
