The analyst comments "We initiate coverage of ALMU with an OP rating and a $16.00 PT based on prospects for the company's unique heterogeneous, integrated compound optical device technologies in AI Optical Networking. ALMU is addressing the AI Optical market with both photodetectors (PDs) and Quantum Dot (QD) lasers and is pursuing a number of high profile development relationships in AI Optical among ~30 mostly AI focused customer engagements that represent catalysts for the shares."
