Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on AT&T (NYSE: T) price target of $32.00.
Analyst, Mike McCormack, said, "Going into 1Q results we had been ~$0.06 ahead of consensus 2012 EPS expectations, having targeted $2.40 for FY12. In the wake of strong margins and an expectation for improving ARPU trends throughout 2012, we are raising our estimate to $2.43. We believe that AT&T is well positioned and poised to benefit from what appears to be an improving backdrop for higher-end wireless providers."
