Needham & Company suspended its rating on comScore (NASDAQ: SCOR) after audit committee filed a 15-day filing extension for its 10K with the SEC.
"We believe restatements of previously released 4Q15 and FY15 earnings are now more likely," analyst Laura Martin said. "As a fundamental analyst, only after the 10K is filed do we feel comfortable establishing a value and rating for SCOR."
