Pacific Crest maintained an Outperform rating on Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) with a price target of $50. Analyst Brendan Barnicle's SOTP analysis shows upside to $68 per share.
"Microsoft is hosting an analyst day as part of its Build Conference tomorrow. At the analyst day, we expect to get more details on Windows 10 and the Microsoft model going forward. Based on our sum-of-the-parts analysis, we see upside in MSFT to $68. Even our worst-case scenario provides support for $41. So, we see 10% downside to 50% upside. Therefore, we remain buyers of MSFT," said Barnicle.
