Truist Securities analyst Terry Tillman raised the price target on Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) to $600.00 (from $575.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "Azure Strength, Unique 1P & 3P AI Position, Balance Sheet/Cap Allocation Flexibility; Beyond Azure growth acceleration expected in 1QFY27, we are incrementally confident in Azure growth remaining elevated for longer. We anticipate continued AI and agentic momentum not only via Copilot success but also as the harness/orchestration/control plane for broadening set of 1P & 3P AI workloads. L-T durable growth, Azure efficiencies, and unique distribution/high value franchises like M365 could continue to support one of the best FCF profiles in AI on relative basis combined with balance sheet/cap allocation stability. Reiterate Buy and raising PT to $600 from $575 on higher L-T rev CAGR."
