Maxim Group analyst Allen Klee initiates coverage on Cyabra (NASDAQ: CYAB) with a Buy rating and a price target of $1.00.

The analyst commented: "Cyabra generates high-margin recurring revenue through its software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, which helps public- and private- sector customers detect the coordinated spread of fake news and disinformation. We expect demand to be driven by increasing attacks from malicious actors using generative AI tools. Use cases include addressing smear campaigns, election interference, deepfakes, and impersonation. Its services have been used by the U.S. Department of State, NATO, PepsiCo, e.l.f. Beauty, and WarnerMedia. We expect growth to be fueled by expansion with current customers, partnerships, new product launches, and geographic expansion. According to Gartner, by 2028, spending on battling misinformation and disinformation will surpass $30B. At the end of March 2026, the company had $7.0M of annual recurring revenue (ARR). For 2026, we project ARR growth of 53% y/y and revenue growth of 26% y/y. For 2027, we project ARR growth of 46% y/y and revenue growth of 50% y/y. CYAB went public through a de-SPAC on 3/27/26 and ended March 2026 with $3.1M in cash, $2.2M in short-term debt, and a working capital deficit of $12.6M. A financing on 7/9/26 raised $6.0M gross, which should provide sufficient capital to fund operations through 2026. Potential warrant exercises may extend runway. We initiate coverage with a Buy and $1.00 price target based on our 10-year DCF."
