BofA Securities analyst Ronald Epstein raised the price target on Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) to $620.00 (from $600.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst comments "Lockheed Martin’s (LMT) print sparked enthusiasm with the stock up 6.44% (vs. S&P 500 down 1.4%) on the beat and better outlook. MFC continues to drive growth as UCA deals take shape while Aeronautics’ contribution expands on accelerating F-35 sales. In our view, Q3 provided reasons to get excited about LMT, however, we remain a bit cautious as Aero margin pressures persist with cash headwinds adding downside risk in 2027. We reiterate our Neutral rating, raise our PO to $620 (from $600)."
