Jefferies analyst Bret Jordan lowered the price target on LCI Industries (NYSE: LCII) to $120.00 (from $125.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst comments "Q2 adj EPS $2.70 vs cons $2.61 as aftermarket strength (rev +10% y/y), self-help initiatives & content gains drove adj EBIT +110 bps y/y to 9.3% despite soft RV backdrop. Mgmt lowered adj EPS guide to $8.25-$8.75 (prev. $8.75-$9.25) as optimism for RV recovery is pushed to '27. With few additional details disclosed, attention remains on announced LCII/PATK 1H'27 merger, which we note would create a single supplier with well over 50% share of total RV content."
